Who are we?
Servem1 is a local, family-owned process service company. Our server (and owner), Tonia, has over 25 years of experience in this industry. Ericka, our office administrator, joined Servem1 in August 2022.
What do we do?
We are legal professionals who deliver and serve legal documents to people involved in court cases and other legal actions.
We also assist landlords with serving documents such as a notice to pay unpaid rent, notice of lease termination, notice to quit, etc.
We work closely with landlords, property management companies and attorneys to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
We proudly serve Cedar Rapids, IA and surrounding communities.

Our service includes 2 attempts on all court/legal documents. If we are unable to serve the person(s) within 2 attempts, the document is posted to the door and mailed via regular (and certified) mail after the 2nd attempt.
For all non-legal documents, 3 attempts are included. If we are unable to serve the person(s) within 3 attempts, the document is posted to the door and mailed via regular (and certified) mail after the 3rd attempt.
